MEMBERSHIP POLICY
Our memberships have a 3-month initial commitment. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to info@meridianmassagespa.com and will take effect immediately upon receipt.
You may cancel once three monthly payments have been processed. After the initial term, you can adjust your billing date as needed. Please note: any outstanding payments before your cancellation date will still be charged. Missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your membership and loss of any accrued credits or benefits until your account is current.
